Megayacht refits have traditionally required owners and captains to coordinate multiple subcontractors, manage overlapping timelines, and reconcile evolving budgets. Derecktor One replaces that fragmented structure with a single, integrated partnership. From initial estimating through final delivery, Derecktor manages the entire project—providing one partner, one price, and one bill.
The program unifies every phase of the refit under Derecktor’s experienced project management and technical expertise, creating a more controlled and transparent process while maintaining the craftsmanship the shipyard is known for.
While Derecktor maintains a network of carefully vetted, best-in-class partners to support specialized scopes, the program is designed with flexibility in mind. Vessels are welcome to utilize their own preferred contractors, ensuring each project aligns with the owner’s established team and operational preferences while still benefiting from Derecktor’s centralized oversight.
Derecktor One is available at both of Derecktor’s Florida locations—Dania Beach and Fort Pierce—giving vessels flexible access to premier refit capabilities along the East Coast.
