At Derecktor Shipyards, we’ve always believed that great things happen when people come together—and now we have the perfect space for it.
We’re proud to announce the opening of Anchor Point, our newly developed crew and event space at Derecktor Dania Beach. Built with the yachting community in mind, Anchor Point is a relaxed, welcoming setting designed to host networking events, educational sessions, crew socials, and more.

🌊 SNAME Kickoff Event – March
We welcomed members of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers for our very first Anchor Point gathering—setting the tone for innovation and exchange.
🎉 Grand Opening Celebration – April
Hundreds of guests joined us for an unforgettable night of live music, great food (courtesy of Bush Brothers BBQ). Thank you to everyone who made it such a success!

The Young Professionals in Yachting community brought fresh energy to the yard during their monthly meetup, including an informative walkthrough of our Dania facility and conversations with our project team.
