As COVID-19 continues to impact everyone, we are taking steps to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimizing the disruptions to operations where possible. We continue to run our facilities with our staff implementing social distancing and CDC recommended procedures, including handwashing and cleaning of common areas.
Employees who are able to work remotely have been advised to work from home.
Derecktor has suspended all business travel for employees and is encouraging our workforce to take all recommended precautions at home and in their personal lives.
We’re requiring employees who exhibit any coronavirus symptoms to stay home and seek appropriate health care.
Customers are being asked to suspend all non-critical visits to our facilities, and if a visit is necessary, that they contact the yard in advance to schedule an appointment. We will continue to receive scheduled deliveries and work will continue until otherwise directed by local, state and federal government agencies.
